cyanide hour dinner meals



One thing that I do that’s super easy is I always have smoked sausage in the house.  Even if its frozen, it can be nuked easily and quickly.  Sauté some sliced onions and potatoes in a skillet with butter and/or oil.  Add in the sausage, a can of diced tomatoes and a dash of thyme (add salt and pepper to taste).  Serve with any frozen or fresh veggies you can scrounge up (steam them first tho)!!
